MIDLAND -- Midland Police report a 27 yr old Sanford man stole a truck from the 1000 block of Rodd St.

The suspect was observed crashing into a tree in the 400 block of E. Main St. and fleeing the scene on foot.

A Midland Police officer chased the suspect on foot and caught the suspect a short time later.

The suspect had minor injuries no medical attention requested.
