Police arrest gunman in Mt. Morris deadly shooting

MT. MORRIS TOWNSHIP -- Mt. Morris Towhship Police say they've arrested the gunman in a deadly shooting.

The shooting happened at home on Tremont Avenue.

Neighbors told NBC25, 32-year old Nohl O'Connor walked in on a robber inside his home who then shot at him Friday afternoon.

It happened as the O'connor's 7-year old son waited for him in their car.

The suspect is being held at the Genesee County Jail.
