3 indicted for manufacturing marijuana plants

The U.S. Department of Justice reports Rocky Ray Corlew (32), Michael Robert Szemites (32), and Cory Ann Corlew (28) were indicted by a federal grand jury in Bay City on a single count of manufacturing 1,000 or more marijuana plants.

The plants were grown in Roscommon from the spring of 2009 to about October 13, 2009.

The defendants are entitled to a fair trial.
