Flushing City Police say some thieves who terrorized Genesee County communities are now paying for their crime.

The break in several break-in investigations came Monday.  Police say crooks targeted a Flushing home and a Davison Township home.  In one case a neighbor spotted the suspicious activity, and reported it.

The next day a Michigan State Police Trooper responded to reports of suspicious activity, and pulled over a car matching the description from the previous day’s home invasions.  The trooper then found stolen property in the vehicle.

Police now have connected the two thieves to at least six burglaries.  They are still going through as many as 100 stolen items including televisions, guns, and jewelry.  Recent home invasion victims are welcome to call Flushing City Police and describe their missing property in an effort to recover it.
