GLADWIN COUNTY -- Gladwin County is canceling is canceling its Halloween Party due to Health Department recommendations.
Gladwin Public Schools have been closed since Tuesday, October 27th due to the vast number of illnesses in students. The school will remain closed until Monday, November 2nd.
The Health Department has recommended the Halloween Party at the High School be postponed until children are in better health and the risk of transferring the seasonal and/or H1N1 flu can be reduced.
The party may be rescheduled.
