MT. MORRIS -- This coming Valentines Day will be a little brighter for Michigan soldiers stationed in Iraq.

Students at Montague Elementary in Mt. Morris hand crafted dozens of Valentines Cards which will be delivered to the troops just in time for the holiday.

The cards were picked up Thursday by Liberty Tax Service and uniformed Sgt.Robert Rynca who went from classroom to classroom collecting the cards.

Liberty Tax Service will also provide a discount for customers who bring in air fresheners, also to be sent overseas, to any one of their locations during this tax season.

This is the first year Liberty Tax Service has sponsored the program.
