Isabella County Prosecutor Larry Burdick announces there will not be any charges filed in connection with nooses being hung at Central Michigan University. Dozens protested the campus last year when the nooses were found on campus. Burdick says he made the decision following an in-depth investigation. The person who hung the nooses told investigators that it was a halloween joke, and that they had actually been in the classroom for more than a week before they were reported in November.
