A decision has been made in the case between the Flint Teachers Union and the school district.

They're in court over the issue of health care.

The school changed the policy, saying it would provide as much coverage, but cost less.

The union says, it's a breach of contract and worried it wouldn't cover as much.

Judge Joseph Farah has ordered the Flint School District to put $2,000 into escrow accounts for those who have specific health situations.
